A Tamworth-based IT and telecoms provider has been acquired by one of Europe’s fastest-growing managed services platforms.
Pure Cloud Solutions has been snapped up by Amsterdam-headquartered Your.Cloud, which operates across more than 40 businesses in multiple European countries.
The Tamworth business was founded in 1990 by Martin and Darren Lake and has grown from its roots in telephony and structured cabling into a full-service provider of cloud, connectivity, and managed IT solutions with clients across the West Midlands.

Your.Cloud, which has around 1,500 employees and an annual turnover of more than €350 million, sees the acquisition of Pure Cloud as an important step in its UK growth strategy.
