More than 50 businesses and organisations have been recognised for this support of Dougie Mac at the charity’s annual Business Partnership Awards.
Among the biggest winners was TIP Trailer Services, which has now contributed more than £500,000 to the Stoke-on-Trent-based cause, reaching the highest fundraising milestone presented at this year’s awards.
Janice Furnival from the company, which has bases in Stoke-on-Trent and Lichfield, also received a special mention when it was announced as the winner of the Best Business Partnership Award – Large.
In May, a team from TIP completed its 12th charity cycle ride, covering approximately 350km across southern Spain in three days raising more than £110,000 for the Dougie Mac.
