Punch Pubs & Co is continuing to expand its portfolio with the acquisition of seven more pubs within recent weeks.
A 17th Century pub in Middlewich and a traditional venue boasting sea views in Northumberland are among new sites now sitting within Punch’s Leased and Tenanted estate.
The White Bear is described as a “characterful pub” at the heart of Middlewich’s community, while The Harbour Inn sits opposite the working harbour in Amble-by-the-Sea.
Other pubs joining the estate are The Broken Bridge in Tadcaster, The Nelson Butt in Spilsby, Lincolnshire, and The Mitre in Buckingham.
The Brickmakers in Southampton will site within Punch’s Management Partnerships estate and will reopen this September following a significant investment.
The Red Pig in Keighley, West Yorkshire, will also undergo investment under Punch’s Unity Social business unit.

The independent pub operator is based in Burton upon Trent.
