TopCashback has announced a planned overhaul of its senior leadership team as the business enters its next phase of growth.
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Oliver Ragg will step back from the cashback platform’s day-to-day operations after more than 21 years to become Executive Chairman.
Long-serving executive Richard Taylor will become Group Chief Executive Officer, while Adam Bullock has been appointed Group Chief Operating Officer.
Richard has been part of the leadership team for 12 years and is credited with playing a significant role in the Stafford-headquartered company’s growth particularly across its international operations. He will assume responsibility for the overall leadership of the group.
Adam will continue as Managing Director of TopCashback UK while taking on wider Group responsibilities, including oversight of innovation, product development and TopCashback Labs.
Co-founder Mike Tomkins will continue in his existing role, remaining closely involved in major technical and strategic decisions across the Group.
Oliver said: “TopCashback has always been about creating genuine value for our members, and that remains as true today as it was when we started the business. After more than two decades co-leading and leading the company day-to-day, now feels like the right time to evolve my role and allow the next generation of leaders to take on greater responsibility.
“This is not a change in direction. The strategy, culture and values that have helped make TopCashback successful remain firmly in place. I’ll continue to be actively involved in the business, focusing on long-term opportunities and supporting the leadership team as we build for the future.”
