Cannock-based refurbishment specialist Inco Contracts has secured two of the biggest contracts to date for its Welsh office.
The company has been appointed to deliver the major refurbishment of the former Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) plant in Cwmbran, South Wales, and the redevelopment of Units 2 to 6 at The Beeches in Bristol as it celebrates the second anniversary of its office in Cardiff.
The latter will see the existing units comprehensively modernised to high EPC and commercial standards, including a new roof, windows, roller shutter doors, composite cladding and refurbished office, kitchen and restroom facilities.
The deals take the total value of projects secured by the base to over £8 million.
Regional Director Adam Bidhendy said: “It has been an excellent first two years for our Welsh and South West office.
“There are lots of challenges when you move into a new area, but we knew if we applied the Inco blueprint – build local relationships, invest in people and develop a strategic network of specialists – we could be successful in the region.
“The two latest contracts in Cwmbran and Bristol highlight how far we have come, and the trust organisations are placing in us. These are both complex projects that require supply chain flexibility, something we genuinely excel in to ensure jobs are handed over ahead of deadline.”
Inco Contracts, which also has offices in Warrington, Glasgow and Stevenage, completes hundreds of commercial and industrial projects across the UK every year.
The firm’s Wales & West office has recorded zero reportable accidents across its projects during its first two years of operation.
