A new business club has been launched for firms interested in helping to sustain the future of Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
Membership will provide companies with opportunities to connect with like-minded business leaders, attend special events, hear from operational crews and charity leaders, and engage with regional stakeholders.
The charity serves the largest air ambulance region in the UK, providing advanced pre-hospital emergency care across Staffordshire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire.
It receives no government funding for its daily operations, which include three helicopters and critical care cars, and relies on donations, fundraising, and community support to remain operational.
Sophia Baker, the charity’s Corporate Partnerships Lead, said: “We know that many of the businesses we work with want to do more to support us financially. They want to connect with others, share their expertise, champion the region and play an active role in supporting a service that benefits us all.
“The Business Club gives organisations the opportunity to do just that. Membership is completely free and brings together a community of businesses that recognise the importance of Midlands Air Ambulance Charity as a strategic regional healthcare asset and want to help ensure our lifesaving service remains there for the people who need us most.”
An exclusive LinkedIn Business Club hub will provide members with an opportunity to connect with others, promote their businesses, share exclusive offers and discover opportunities to collaborate.
It’s free to join, and more information can be found here.
