A new group chief financial officer has been appointed to support Owl Group’s growth plans across the Midlands.
Steve Breslin will be joining the Tamworth-based housebuilder and working closely with West Midlands regional managing director Paul Breen, and his counterpart in the East Midlands Mike Kelly.
Steve has more than 20 years of industry experience, having held senior finance roles at Taylor Wimpey, Galliford Try Partnerships and, most recently, Lovell Partnerships, where he was a board member.
He said: “This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business with ambitious plans.
“Owl’s growth over the past year has been impressive, and it has built a strong pipeline of land opportunities to keep that momentum going.
“The Group has a talented team in place and there’s a real sense of energy around the business.
