Two new directors are being brought in to help lead Punch Pubs & Co’s Leased & Tenanted (L&T) division.
Henry Fairbanks will join the Burton upon Trent firm next month as Innovations Operations Director, while Sarah Edmunds have been promoted to Operations Director for the Midlands.
Henry, who has previously held senior roles at Heineken, Metropolitan Pub Company, Ei Group and Chestnut, will focus on driving new operational approaches and growth opportunities across the L&T estate.
Sarah, who has been with the for business nine years, has been promoted from her current role as Head of Operations within Punch’s Pub Partnerships division.

“Working closely with our publicans and operations teams, he’ll focus on tackling the real-world challenges facing the Great British pub at a grassroots level.
