Tile Mountain Group has posted another year of strong growth – with group revenue increasing to £155 million – and said it is well placed to handle future economic turbulence.
The Stoke-on-Trent-based business saw consolidated group revenue rise by almost 20 per cent to £155.4m in 2025, up from £130.1m the previous year. Group EBITDA jumped 48 % to £20.9m, while operating profit climbed to £15.9m, compared with £10.2m in 2024.
Tile Mountain’s standalone company performance also strengthened, with revenue increasing six per cent to more than £40m and EBITDA rising 23% to £5.1m
Directors of the company – which specialises in the sale of tiles, stone and accessories – said the group had delivered substantial growth despite challenging market conditions and the “failure of bathroom and tile competitors.”
The report said directors had outlined key risks to future growth, most notably global economic factors, but said it is “well placed to handle any economic turbulence.”
In a report to Companies House, the company said: “Despite challenging market conditions, Tile Mountain Group continues to produce strong financial results.
“Understanding the market, customer expectations, providing the right product at the right price, on a timely basis and with good service, remains a fundamental operating ethos across the group.”
The group expanded its asset base significantly, with tangible fixed assets increasing to £72.1m, up from £56.6m in 2024. Net assets rose to £44.3m, compared with £35m the previous year.
Directors highlighted ongoing investment in IT systems, stock management, transport operations and global procurement relationships.
The group also said it remained committed to employee development and community engagement, supporting charities and local organisations throughout the year.
“The development and skills of the workforce remain essential factors in achieving the Group’s growth aspirations. The Board continues to place employee development at the centre of its future growth plans,” the report added.
The Group also emphasised the importance of community engagement, with charitable donations totalling £19,335.
