Automotive emissions systems manufacturer, Klarius, has been named as a finalist in the Employer of the Year category at the 2024 Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards.

Their retention rate is an average of eight years, double the UK national average, with 20% of their workforce consisting of long-serving employees who have been in post for 20 years plus . The winner of the award will be announced at the highly-anticipated Gala Awards evening, taking place on Thursday, 4 July at the Doubletree by Hilton, Festival Park.
