Marketing firm set to double workforce as it looks to help firms recover from ‘perfect storm’

1 min read

A marketing firm is looking to double its workforce as demand for post-Covid support grows for struggling businesses.

Touchpoints Marketing, which has opened a new office at Heath House, in Uttoxeter has already expanded with two new appointments to support demand.

Now it is looking to double its six-strong marketing team next year to keep up with demand for additional growth plans to help companies weather the current economic climate.

The company is run by award winning marketing professional Victoria Prince and offers specialist support to help businesses realise their ambitious growth plans.

Victoria, who was recognised as the UK and Ireland’s best marketing adviser in the Enterprise Nation Awards 2022, said the company was seeing a desperate need for more help for businesses in navigating the current economic climate.

She said: “It has been a perfect storm of challenges for businesses recently and we are finding that companies are recognising the need to be more astute when it comes to marketing in helping to make their business stand out.

“The current cost of living crisis, rising energy costs, changes in buying habits post pandemic and challenging recruitment means businesses are being squeezed from all sides.

“We are looking to double the team next year to be able to support more businesses in navigating the current climate.”
