Bodyshop brothers aim to help families in cost of living crisis

Two brothers who run a vehicle bodyshop business are holding giveaways to help people struggling with the cost of living crisis.

Dan and Luke Giddings, who have been running Custom Body Repair in Tamworth since 2018, are holding three competitions which aim to get people back on the road and brighten up Christmas for families in need.

The pair are currently repairing and refurbishing a vehicle which will be given to a family in need, who can be nominated via the business’s TikTok page –  as well as offering £1,000 repairs in a separate competition which can be entered in the same way. They are also giving away two PS5 consoles to families in time for Christmas.

Dan said: “In the past we have repaired a lot of vehicles for people that have been struggling, including paying for repairs at local mechanical garages for people in need who just can’t afford it.

“So many people are struggling these days and we are very keen to help where we can. If we can take a little stress away then we are all for it.

“We have more cars on the way to do the same thing and help as many people in need as possible during these difficult times.”

The first draw will take place in the middle of November. The brothers, who previously did a mini restoration on a Hilux belonging to Tamworth internet sensation Ben Newman aka Spudman, will use a random generator to draw the winner from all the comments.
