Workshops are being held to help Stafford Borough businesses understand how the transition to net zero might impact their organisation.
Keele University is delivering a mix of in person and online workshops on behalf of Stafford Borough Council, fully funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
The workshops will cover:
- Understanding the net zero transition for SMEs
- Supporting their own organisation to be sustainable
- Building resilience in uncertain times
- Bringing staff on a sustainability journey
- Scope three emissions reductions
- Leadership on climate and energy
A spokesperson said: “Participants of this short course will have the opportunity to build on Keele’s knowledge and shape their own pathway towards a resilient net zero future.”
The dates and venues are:
- Thursday, 23 January (am) – Keele University
- Wednesday 29 January (am) – the Uttoxeter Suite at The Beaconside Group, Stafford
- Wednesday 12 February (am) – Eccleshall Cricket Club, Eccleshall
- Wednesday 26 February (am) – online
- Wednesday 12 March (am) – The Stone House Hotel, Stone
