Tamworth housebuilder Owl Partnerships has announced the appointment of a new managing director.
Warren Bolton brings over 20 years’ experience in affordable housing including roles with Lovell, Barratt and Chasetown-based Keon Homes.
One of his initial projects has been to undertake a brand refresh to reflect the company’s new phase of growth.
Warren said: “Owl is ambitious. We aspire to be the most sought-after SME provider of housing in the Midlands and beyond, delivering 1,000 new homes a year.
“To me, this presented a compelling challenge and an opportunity to make a tangible and impactful difference. I’m excited to lead the team towards achieving these goals.”
Owl currently has seven developments underway delivering 300 homes in four counties.
Four further sites are due to launch soon.
Warren added: “Owl Partnerships is a familiar name to many across the Midlands, and it’s the team’s dedication and hard work that has built this strong reputation. But we are now poised to truly accelerate and increase Owl Partnerships’ visibility.
“Our sector has just been given a huge boost and much-needed clarity with the announcement of the Affordable Homes Programme, meaning we can begin to tackle the challenge of delivering the government’s housing targets. With this certainty, we felt confident the timing was right to refresh our branding, strengthen our presence within the region and welcome a bright future.”
