A long-established and popular nightclub in Stoke-on-Trent’s city centre has gone on the market.
Pink Nightclub, which describes itself as ‘Staffordshire’s ultimate party venue’, occupies the ground floor of a building in Stafford Street, Hanley, with Millionaires Bar and function suite independently accessible from the rear.
The venue, housed within an Art Deco-style building, is said to offer ‘sustainable annualised profits’ in excess of £200,000.
Known for hosting drag queens and live entertainment, it has been placed on the market by Christie & Co.
The sales listing reads: “The business currently trades Thursday to Sunday and is being offered for sale due to our clients looking to relocate.
“The business is presently run by our client with a part-time assistant manager and eight part-time staff, but could be run under management.”
Keith Stringer, Director at Christie & Co, who is managing the sale, added: “Established in 2006 and celebrating its 19th anniversary this year, Pink offers sustainable annualised profits, and presents an exciting opportunity for a potential new owner to continue its success.”
Pink Nightclub has a capacity of 300, while Millionaires bar and function suite can host a further 100 people.
The club and bar form part of a circuit of licensed venues in Hanley and hold a 4.30am license.
The sale also includes recently refurbished three-bedroom owners’/managers’ accommodation on-site.
The Pink Nightclub and Millionaires Bar freehold is on the market with price on application.
