Two property businesses are teaming up to provide landlords with a seamless service, from securing finance to managing properties.
Newcastle-under-Lyme-based mortgage specialists My Simple Mortgage and lettings agency YourKeys Lettings, headquartered in Crewe, have announced a new partnership, bringing together their expertise in buy-to-let mortgages and property management.
Founded in 2015 by James Adams, My Simple Mortgage has built a national reputation for making the mortgage process straightforward and stress-free. The firm, which recently expanded into Manchester, is currently advising on 300 new-build homes due to complete in 2026.
YourKeys Lettings was launched by Lottie Foden in June 2024 and has already seen rapid growth across North Staffordshire and Cheshire. Lottie began her career as an apprentice electrical engineer before moving into lettings and setting up her own agency.
Lottie’s landlord-focused approach caught James’s attention online, leading to the idea of a collaboration.
James said: “It was over the summer I noticed how well Lottie and her business was progressing. I liked her style and I realised there was synergy between our businesses.
“Lottie knows her landlords need the best mortgage deal and I know landlords who need to be with an agent who has their needs at heart.”
With buy-to-let lending based on rental income rather than personal earnings, and typical deposits starting at 25 per cent, the pair say landlords will benefit from expert guidance alongside hands-on management.
