A master barber turned entrepreneur who launched his first barbershop while studying at Staffordshire University has shared his approach to leadership and growth in the latest edition of Daily Focus Business Cards.
At the age of just 31, Leeroy Chax has built a thriving business portfolio that includes a franchise of four barbershops, a tattoo studio, music studio and a ladies salon, together employing more than 30 people.
Now a respected business owner with a client base that spans Premier League footballers to figures from the film industry, Leeroy spoke about the importance of identifying a skill early and committing to mastering it.
“I made mistakes in the beginning, but every step shaped who I am today,” he said. “The key is to start early, learn from your experiences and stay focused on developing your talent.”
He also discussed leadership, gratitude and staying grounded, crediting his progress to hard work, patience and the people around him.
