A Bake Off star, a world-renowned chocolatier and one of the UK’s nest-known cake experts have been lined up to headline this year’s Stone Food and Drink Festival.

The popular foodie event, which takes place from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 May, promises a packed programme of food, drink and entertainment, with headlines chef demonstrations, appearances from top local chefs across all three days, live music and family-friendly fun.

Nelly Ghaffar, from Series 15 of the Great British Bake Off, is back by popular demand after being a huge hit with festival goers last year. She will take to the demonstration kitchen on the Saturday before heading to the bran-new VIP zone for 2026 for meet and greets and will also help judge the Saturday leg of the festival’s Great Stone Bake Off competition.

She will be joined by award-winning chocolatier Paul A Young, who has appeared on shows including Saturday Kitchen and This Morning and now runs the Chocolate At Home school in Stone.

Also on the Saturday line-up is local personality Shane Nolan who will test his culinary skills in the demo kitchen and lead family entertainment on the live music stage.

Juliet Sear, who is known for making show-stopping bakes accessible to home cooks, will headline the demonstration stage on the Sunday. She has previously created edible masterpieces for everyone from Sir Ian McKellen to Prince Harry.

The festival is held at Westbridge Park, in Stone. Last year, it welcomed in excess of 7,000 visitors over three days.
