A Stoke-on-Trent charity is inviting business leaders and professionals to a free networking and training event designed to sharpen leadership skills and improve delegation tactics.
The interactive workshop, The Art of Delegation: Leading with Confidence, will be led by Heather Whitehead of HW Leadership Consultancy, and is hosted by Gingerbread Family Support.
Participants will learn practical tools to delegate effectively, build a culture of trust and accountability and free up time to focus on strategy and growth.
The session takes place on Friday 20 March, from 9am to 12:30pm at the Beaconside Conference Centre in Stafford. Refreshments and a light breakfast will be provided, and each company can register for two free tickets.
