A Uttoxeter commercial fit-out specialist has expanded its national presence with the opening of new regional offices in Bristol and Leeds, creating two new jobs as part of its continued growth.
Creation Office, which was founded in 2021 and now employs 15 people, said the move will help it better support clients across the South-West, Yorkshire and the North of England while maintaining its headquarters in Staffordshire.
The company delivers commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across sectors including offices, industrial facilities, education, healthcare, automotive and public sector buildings.
The Bristol and Leeds bases are currently operating as smaller satellite offices within fully serviced office complexes, supported by the Uttoxeter team and locally sourced subcontractors.
Managing director Leo Nelson said the business had grown quickly since it was established and that the new locations would strengthen support for clients nationwide.
He said: “Our growth has been driven by reputation, repeat business and our ability to consistently deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
“As our client base continues to expand nationwide, it became increasingly important to establish stronger regional hubs to support project delivery and maintain the service levels our clients expect.
“Bristol and Leeds were natural choices for us. They provide excellent strategic locations that allow us to better serve existing clients whilst creating opportunities to support new businesses looking to transform their workplaces and facilities.
“Importantly, our headquarters remains firmly rooted in Staffordshire, where the business was founded and continues to operate from. The expansion strengthens our national reach whilst retaining the values and hands-on approach that have helped build the business.”
