Earthmover tyre specialist T&C Site Services has completed a £600,000 expansion of its Stoke-on-Trent headquarters as the business continues to grow.
The company has opened a second purpose-built workspace at its Garner Street site in Etruria, replacing temporary accommodation and providing a permanent base for operational teams.
The project follows an earlier £1 million office development completed at the same site in 2020.
Managing Director Trevor Adams said: “We had simply outgrown the temporary cabins in terms of staff numbers and the needs of the business, so we decided we needed an additional office building.
“Although the building was smaller, the project itself was more complicated as it involved demolition on an active operational site.”
Trevor said the new space has significantly improved working conditions and added flexibility for future growth.
He added: “It’s a more appropriate space for our staff and a nicer environment for the team. It gives us more capacity for future growth and has meant we can now have a training facility on site.”
Both construction projects were led by Kim Mountford, director of Inc Architects.
T&C Site Services employs around 70 staff nationwide with 20 based in Stoke-on-Trent.
