A Staffordshire wealth management firm has strengthened its senior leadership team with a new appointment.
Andy Garnett has joined IronMarket Wealth as Chief Operating Officer, having most recently served as Head of Operational Support at Santander.
During his career with the bank, Andy gained experience across operational leadership, governance, risk and business transformation.
At IronMarket Wealth, he will oversee the firm’s operational and governance functions, including the processes and infrastructure supporting the business and its members.

“Andy brings an incredible depth of experience from his time at Santander, particularly around operations, governance and building effective teams and processes at scale.

Andy has previously held senior operational roles within the financial services sector.
