Keele University is hosting a series of free webinars offering people the chance to learn more about some of its apprenticeship programmes.
The five events will profile seven apprenticeship programmes from a variety of sectors and specialisms and all with availability from this September.
They are:
- Environmental Practitioner Apprenticeship Webinar – Wednesday 1 March, 1pm to 2pm.
- Senior Leader and Senior People Professional Apprenticeship Webinar – Tuesday 7 March, 1pm to 2pm.
- Research Scientist Apprenticeship Webinar – Thursday 9 March, 1pm to 2pm.
- Physician Associate Apprenticeship Webinar – Wednesday 15 March, 1pm to 2pm.
- Data Science and Digital Technology Solutions Specialist Apprenticeship Webinar – Tuesday 21 March, 1pm to 2pm.
Lauren Cookson, Apprenticeships Marketing and Communications Manager at Keele, said: “Webinars are a great way for businesses and individuals to find out more about our apprenticeship offer in an informal online environment.
“The sessions are free and designed to fit into your working day, offering you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, whether it’s a technical question to our Programme Lead, or you’re seeking practical advice on how to implement apprenticeships in your organisation.”
All apprenticeships at the university are co-designed with employers.
Eligible businesses can get help from the government via the apprenticeship levy to fund apprenticeships, and 86% of employers cite that apprenticeships have helped them develop skills relevant to their organisation.
