Strategy 365 invest £200,000 in transforming old Staffordshire Moorlands chapel into new HQ

1 min read

A business software specialist is investing around £200,000 transforming a former Staffordshire Moorlands chapel into its new headquarters.

Strategy 365 is expecting to make the mile-long move from its current office in Cellarhead to the new premises in Kingsley Moor in the Autumn.

Planning permission was granted earlier this year and work began last month on the modernisation project, which will remain sympathetic to the old chapel’s architecture and features.

It will form part of an exciting expansion plan for the company, which is a Microsoft  partner and helps SMEs throughout the UK to digitally transform their business using Microsoft Cloud technology.

As well as improving services for both new and existing clients, it will allow for future growth – with the current eight-strong team expected to increase to 12 over the next couple of years.

In addition, the new premises will provide improved collaboration facilities for colleagues and clients alike.

Managing Director Gavin Nixon said: “It’s a very exciting time for the company as we look to expand, and this new project is a perfect illustration of this.

“In acquiring and modernising the chapel, it is important that we retain the original aesthetic of the chapel’s original features to be in keeping with the surrounding area while also ensuring that we also provide the facilities that any modern workplace requires.

“We look forward to seeing how work on the chapel progresses this year and to eventually making it our new home.”

Strategy 365 was founded in November 2016 by Gavin and quickly established itself as one of the UK’s leading Microsoft partners, enabling business growth for its customers using the power of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

In 2018 it moved into its current offices and in December 2022 surpassed a £1 million turnover for the first time.
