People can now vote for their favourite Newcastle-under-Lyme businesses as the next phase of an awards scheme has opened.
Daily Focus reported earlier this month that Newcastle-under-Lyme Business Improvement District has launched the LoveNUL Awards to celebrate excellence in local businesses.
Customers, suppliers, owners and employees were encouraged to make nominations for 15 different awards including Visitor Attraction of the Year, Best New Business and Service with a Smile.
The competition was open to businesses located within the town centre and outer ring road.
Now a public vote is being staged to determine the three most popular businesses in each category, who will be invited to a ceremony at Newcastle-under-Lyme Performing Arts College on Friday 15 September when the winners, decided by a judging panel, will be announced.
