Multi-let industrial property company Sandyford Properties has welcomed an asset manager to its team.

Charlotte Worthington will work directly with Managing Director Paul Brindley, managing a 1.5 million sq ft portfolio of predominately multi-let industrial space in the Midlands and North West.

Paul said: “Charlotte is a talented individual who will play a key role in supporting our team in its ambitious growth plan.”

Charlotte was formerly assistant asset manager at Peel L&P and, before that, a graduate surveyor at Mason Owen. She obtained a law degree from the University of Law in Manchester and a master’s in real estate and property management from the University of Salford.

Charlotte added: “I’m looking forward to supporting Sandyford and our occupiers through evolving asset management initiatives as the business looks to expand across the regions.”

Sandyford Properties, based in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, has provided property solutions in North Staffordshire since 1947.

The firm offers industrial units, retail and office premises.
