Staffordshire-based CEO and Founder of Strategi Solutions, Wendy Dean has been announced as an Inspiring Workplaces Inspiring Leader 2022, after being put forward by her colleagues for the award earlier this year.
This globally recognised award has been created by Inspiring Workplaces to shine a light on the Inspiring Leaders of today.
Calling on four key characteristics – humanity, courage, communication, and potential, each recognised leader had to demonstrate numerous ways in which they have not only demonstrated those things but championed them across a business.
With a lengthy career in HR at the likes of pottery giant Steelite International and world-renowned Fed-Ex, Wendy turned to set up Strategi Solutions in 2015 to offer full-service business support to like-minded organisations looking to thrive through change. Firmly focused on culture change programmes and a true believer that both individuals and businesses can truly change when given the right guidance and tools.
Now turning over more than 1 million pounds and employing almost 20 people, the Staffordshire-based consultancy has been a huge success, wholly down to Wendy’s vision and passion.
