1 min read

Marketing agency Harrison Carloss has won a contract to help Cottage Delight with its online presence.

The agency, based at Festival Park, in Stoke-on-Trent, will be providing on-going web support and development, UX recommendations and conversion rate optimisation to help the specialist food brand spread the word about their jams, sauces, chutneys and other products.

The team at Harrison Carloss will also be employing their digital expertise to create a new SEO strategy with the aim of increasing sales of Cottage Delight’s range through the ecommerce website.

“Delight is exactly the right word for how everyone at the agency feels to be working with such a well-respected brand,” said Adam Mobley, Harrison Carloss Managing Director, pictured above.

“Cottage Delight was founded in 1974 and has a lot of heritage behind it. We’re excited to be working with the team to increase their foothold with direct-to-consumer sales on their ecommerce site.”

He added: “We were recently treated to a factory tour and seeing the care that goes into their hand made products and the high degree of quality that goes into the processes, it’s something we absolutely have to get across to their customers using their online platform.”

Leek-based Cottage Delight has won a host of awards for its food and drink products, including a bronze prize at the prestigious Dalemain World Marmalade Awards, reported in Daily Focus here.
