Experts have merged their companies in a bid to transform the way the financial world is perceived, creating new jobs in the process.
Stone-based Waldron & Co, founded by Nathan Waldron, has joined with RN Financial Planning owned by Ryan Nobbs to form the all-new Evergreen Financial Planning.
The owners of the two firms, who had been operating separately for more than two years, say they shared the same mission to provide more accessibility to the finance industry and felt it only natural to come together.
Now the new venture, which is a partner of M&G Wealth Advice, has seen the company already welcome five new members of staff and increase their client base three times over.
Nathan said: “Ryan and myself have known each other for a long time as we met in our early careers.
”Since launching our own business ventures in 2021, Ryan and I have dedicated ourselves to assisting people throughout the UK. This journey has led us to come together and form Evergreen Financial Planning.
“As we join forces under this new banner, we are excited to expand our services, reaching out to even more clients across the country. Our goal is to move forward with clear commitment to financial planning, financial education and support.”
Ryan, who is based in Essex, added: “The finance industry can very often be stereotyped into being a complex sector to understand and to access.
“Finances can be difficult for some to work through and no-one should ever be alone on this. We believe if we can continue to explain things to families, professionals or retirees in as simple a way as possible so they can choose the right path for their finances, then that is what we will endeavour to do together as a team for brighter futures.”
In recent weeks advisors Charlotte Burns, Peter Arundell, Paraplanner Danielle Hunter and Personal Assistants Vicky Hogg and Clare Arundell have been welcomed into the Evergreen team.
Nathan added: “We want to work with those who believe in our ethos of not just helping others, but educating others at the same time so we were delighted to welcome Charlotte, Peter, Danielle, Clare and Vicky into the team as we push forward.”
