Specialist packaging company Terinex Flexibles unwraps £8m facility

Leading supplier of flexible packaging Terinex Flexibles has unveiled a brand-new £8 million facility near to the Staffordshire-Derbyshire Border. 

The new 46,000-square foot unit, on the Dove Valley Park, more than doubles the size of the company’s existing factory. 

It will house production, warehousing and research and development facilities. 

With a bespoke fit-out underway, the property was handed over to Terinex Flexibles by Clowes Developments who worked with lead contractor Roe Developments to complete the sign-off. 

Dove Valley Park is a subsidiary of Clowes Developments and is home to a number of big names including Staffordshire excavator giant JCB and Muller

Terinex Flexibles’ new facility features advanced sustainable energy systems. 

It will house a new Comexi F2 MB flexographic printing press. 

Terinex Flexibles, supplier of printed flexible packaging films and solutions used within the food, pet food and medical packaging industries, is part of the OGM Holdings Group

Marc Freeman, Director at Clowes Developments (UK) Ltd, said: “Clowes Developments are delighted to hand the building over to Terinex Flexibles.  

“The group are currently constructing a further 270,000sq ft across Dove Valley Park which will enhance the existing offering for perspective occupants.  

“Dove Valley Park is a fantastic location for logistical enterprises, benefiting from easy access to the A50.”
