Leek Building Society is celebrating taking home five national awards from a high profile ceremony – including being named the eighth most inspiring workplace in the UK and Ireland.
The building society took home the haul of accolades at the Inspiring Workplaces Awards, held in London and renowned for recognising innovative, forward-thinking organisations.
The five awards won were:
- 8th Most Inspiring Workplace in UK & Ireland
- Top 5 Medium Business in UK & Ireland
- Special Recognition Award – Best Employee Experience
- Special Recognition Award – Best Employee Voice
- Special Recognition Award – Best Culture & Purpose

Leek Building Society has enjoyed great success over the past year, reporting another record financial year in March, receiving recognition for its health and wellbeing approach at the 2023 CIPD Awards, being named Best Building Society at the British Bank Awards and picking up the Employer of the Year 2023 title at the Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards.
