Our team of Skills Advisors can support all businesses help navigate the skills-system, in the most effective way.

The in-depth Training Needs Analysis is a great opportunity to develop a skills plan internally and map out opportunities available. Additionally, in some areas (Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire Moorlands, East Staffordshire) there is additional funding to support bespoke training, to spend on what is important to the business.

The Skills Hub is also currently building up its network of suppliers, as well as employers, so we would like to her hear from:

  • Employers looking for support with training
  • Training provider wishing to promote courses delivered locally.
  • Businesses wishing to share apprenticeship levy to local SMEs
