Local businesses are set to receive an insight into the upcoming infrastructure and policy developments that will shape the future of the county at Staffordshire Chambers’ next Big Business Breakfast event.
A team of keynote speakers will join business leaders at the bet365 Stadium on Friday, 20 September, for the ‘Transforming Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire’ networking breakfast event, where they will share updates on significant local projects including the A50/A500 corridor and the West Midlands Interchange.
Included in the speaker lineup is Sarah Spink, Strategic Partnerships Lead at Midlands Connect, who will offer an insight into the regional transport development plans including the A50/A500 corridor and changes to the M6.
Sarah will be joined by Michael Kirkland of West Midlands Interchange, the country’s most significant new rail service logistics development, who will explore the opportunities and impact of the project on local businesses, as well as Richard Hickman of Indurent, formally St. Modwen Logistics, who will examine the local market and the latest innovations in office and warehouse construction.
Representatives from Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Staffordshire County Council will provide additional updates on infrastructure and policy developments crucial to local businesses.
