Technology firm Capula has invested £500,000 into a new office and production facility which has upped its operational space by 60 per cent.
The Stone-based company, a leader in advances system integration, has taken on another building at Walton Industrial Estate close to its headquarters, described as a key milestone in its continued growth.
The new facility will boost Capula’s operational capabilities and meet rising demand in the energy, nuclear and industrial sectors. It will provide modern workspaces for engineering, digitalisation and operational technology teams, and improve collaboration with dedicated meeting and project areas.
The site also strengthens Capula’s long-term presence in Stone, while supporting recent upgrades across its UK facilities including at nearby Douglas Park.
Between 100 and 150 people are expected to be based at the new building, which was previously used by Schneider and latterly Network Rail, once the move completes.

Workers will begin transitioning into the new place shortly as part of a phased accommodation plan.
Capula currently employs 467 people and has teams in Cumbria, Reading, Glasgow and Yorkshire as well as Staffordshire.
