Martec and Mo launch scheme to inspire next generation of Staffordshire youth

1 min read

Entrepreneur Mo Chaudry and a Newcastle-under-Lyme training provider have joined forces on a scheme to inspire young people to reach their potential.

A cohort of high achievers from Martec Training and Apprenticeships have been chosen for Aspire to Inspire, which is designed to equip them with the confidence and mindset required to succeed and support the development of a skilled, future-ready workforce.

Former Waterworld owner Mo, who is also running MOmentum Capital a £5 million Dragons’ Den-style scheme for businesses, is offering his experience and insight as an entrepreneur to help them to recognise and harness their own capabilities.

Learner Sarah Edwards said: “Since beginning the sessions, I have felt more confident overall. I am now putting myself forward for things I never would have before. Mo’s advice has been very lifting, and I will most certainly use it to build my future.

Martec Training director Tracey Holland said: “Inspire to Aspire isn’t just about confidence – it’s about unlocking potential that too many systems overlook. The transformation we’ve seen inspires our educators and learners alike.”

Mo added: “Talent is everywhere; opportunity is not. Inspire to Aspire is about planting the ambition seed early – before fear becomes permanent.”
