A Dragon’s Den-winning entrepreneur will headline a special business networking event in Newcastle-under-Lyme later this month.
Motivational speaker Peter Bayley-Hill, known as Peter the Speaker, will lead a guest session at Connects Network’s event at The Boulevard on Monday, 30 June.
The afternoon has been organised to celebrate 12 years of free networking events across Staffordshire and is being delivered in partnership with cocktail lounge and events venue The Boulevard.
Peter the Speaker, who secured an investment on Dragon’s Den through his business venture Pet Victus, previously appeared at this year’s Shaping the Future business festival at The Boulevard.
He said: “I’m incredibly excited to return to Newcastle-under-Lyme after such a fantastic experience at the business festival earlier this year.
“The energy in the room was brilliant and there was a real appetite for growth, positivity and collaboration. I’m looking forward to coming back for this special Connects anniversary event and hopefully helping inspire even more local businesses and entrepreneurs.”
Founded by Peter Herbert of PH Production Services, Connects Network has grown into a twice-monthly networking programme supporting businesses, freelancers, creatives and entrepreneurs across Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent.
The organisation has hosted more than 120 free events since launching, attracting almost 3,000 attendees and featuring more than 150 local speakers.
Spaces for the event, which will run between 1pm and 4pm, are limited.
