Three more expert coaching sessions, which will help businesses in Staffordshire unravel and implement the benefits of high-end web development, have been announced after a successful launch this week.
As well as looking at the benefits and challenges of web applications for small businesses and the importance of mobile-responsive design for websites, the team at Newcastle-under-Lyme-based Studio GMI will also delve into the mysteries of the blockchain, with a formula for moving businesses ahead of the curve.
The first session, staged this week at Commerce House, Festival Park, was a well-attended success.
Tom Scarlett, of Studio GMI, said: “We understand the unique benefits and challenges that come with implementing web applications for small businesses. Not only do these tools streamline operations and increase efficiency, but they also provide valuable insights and data for decision making.
“However, as with any technology, there can be hurdles to overcome such as cost and training. That’s why we also prioritise mobile-responsive design in our projects.
“With over 60% of web traffic coming from mobile devices, it’s crucial for small businesses to have a website that is easily accessible and user-friendly on all devices.
“The sessions we’ve designed for Staffordshire chambers aim to help your small business navigate the digital landscape and thrive in the online market.”
The four sessions will show businesses how to maximise return on investment from website development by focusing on key design elements such as user experience, visually appealing design, and responsive web design.
They will provide practical tips and strategies for creating a website that not only looks good but also effectively communicates your message and generates conversions.
There will be also be an introduction to Made Smarter, who offer a £20k grant for small businesses to undergo digital transformation and integrate agile practices into their operations.
The sessions, jointly organised by Staffordshire Chambers and the Staffordshire Growth Hub, start this week and you can sign up for a free place here.
