Stoke City FC’s Sporting Director Jonathan Walters will deliver an exclusive insight into all things leadership and culture at this year’s Let’s Do Business expo.
Jonathan will join businesses at Uttoxeter Racecourse on Thursday, 10 October, where he will draw on his experiences on the pitch and in the boardroom to offer a unique perspective on winning cultures and effective leadership strategies.
And tickets for the event, which attracts over 1,000 delegates each year for a day of business networking and insights, are free to book via the Chamber website.
Rachel Laver, Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce CEO, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have Jonathan join us as our keynote speaker for Let’s Do Business 2024 – the biggest annual business show in Staffordshire.
“Jonathan’s insights into building a winning culture and leading teams to success are incredibly valuable for our local business community.
“This event promises to be an inspiring and transformative experience for all attendees and I am really looking forward to it.”
A former Republic of Ireland international, Walters scored 62 goals in 269 appearances for the Potters from 2010 to 2017, cementing his status as a Stoke City legend.
Returning to the club as Sporting Director earlier this year, Jon galvanised players and fans alike with a powerful rallying call, helping to ensure the club’s Championship survival.
Local business leaders and professionals are encouraged to secure their spots early, as demand for delegate spaces is expected to be high.
Businesses interested in spotlighting their services to over 1,000 delegates can book one of the remaining Let’s Do Business stands, here.
