Lichfield-based Legionella and Fire Safe Services (LFS) was selected as one of just seven businesses across the UK to take part in campaign to empower SMEs in their journey to become more sustainable.
As part of the Let’s Partner Up for Good project, LFS Business Manager Kym Morris was invited to London for an exclusive day of filming and the opportunity to engage with entrepreneur and Dragon’s Den star Deborah Meaden as well as other business experts.
The campaign, organised by Nescafé in collaboration with Nestlé Professional, aims to provide businesses with invaluable insights and guidance from some of the most respected names in the industry.
Deborah Meaden said: “This is a fantastic initiative that I’m delighted to be a part of.
“Running a business can often be overwhelming and at times, even a little lonely.
“There’s a lot to think about, from operating responsibly through to prioritising wellbeing for employees, all whilst focusing on growth targets and moving the business forward.
“Helping businesses develop and grow, based on my own experiences, is something I love to do. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for each of the winners.”
Kym said: “It was an incredible honour to be selected as one of the seven winners by Nestlé Professional to spend a day with their experts and Dragon’s Den’s Deborah Meaden.
“The advice we received was invaluable, and we were thrilled to get feedback not only from Deborah but also from Nescafé‘s sustainability expert, Robin Sundaram, who congratulated LFS on our significant efforts in business sustainability. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Nestlé Professional in the future.”
As part of their participation, a series of three short films featuring LFS will be produced and shared with the broader SME community.
These films will provide advice, insights, and practical tips on advancing sustainability within business operations.
The films are set to air from September onwards.
