Drayton Manor has made a significant investment into its conferencing suites with the aim of becoming an ‘industry-leading meetings and events destination.’

The refurbishment of the visitor attraction’s Tower and Hamilton conferencing suites involved modernising and futureproofing the spaces, with upgrades to the design and decoration throughout.

Victoria Lynn, Managing Director at Drayton Manor, said: “We’re pleased to announce this major investment in our on-site conferencing facilities. We aim to be an industry-leading meetings and events destination, and this latest investment is a strong demonstration of our continued commitment to developing our corporate offer.

“At Drayton Manor, guests can benefit from a corporate experience with a difference. From large-scale conferences to board meetings and training sessions, our expert planning team ensures that every event meets business objectives and exceeds expectations. With the option to include a visit to our awe-inspiring theme park and zoo, we’re here to add the ‘fun’ to your next corporate function.”

The Tower Suite has a capacity of up to 450 delegates while the Hamilton Suite, which has its own small breakout space, can accommodate up to 180 people.

The resort near Tamworth also has other event spaces including meeting rooms and a 4D cinema and offers exclusive hire of Vikings land and Adventure Cove within the theme park.

Victoria added: “As we celebrate our 75th anniversary year, we’re committed to ensuring that every visit to Drayton Manor is one to remember. We’ve seen significant growth within the business events market, and our corporate guests are an important part of this. We look forward to welcoming delegates to our newly enhanced facilities in the park’s milestone year.”

Drayton Manor hasn’t put a figure on how much has been invested into the upgrades.
