Law firm Myers & Co Solicitors has announced the appointment of a new Head of Corporate.
The legal practice, based in Stoke-on-Trent, has welcomed Jen Goodwin to the team to take on the new role.
Jen is a solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial matters, helping clients with a range of queries surrounding the day-to-day operation of their businesses.
This includes drafting shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and advising clients on sales and acquisitions.
Prior to working in private practice, Jen worked as in-house counsel for a large telecommunications company, managing their litigation team and gaining first-hand experience of business operations, marketing and finance.
She previously worked for a leading North-West firm before joining Jackson Lees Group – part of the same MAPD Group as Myers and Co – in 2020.
Speaking of her move to Myers & Co, Jen said: “I’m very excited about my next chapter with the MAPD Group and I am delighted to be taking on the role of Head of Corporate at Myers & Co.
