Businesses across Staffordshire are set to hear the secrets behind brand building and customer loyalty at the next instalment of Staffordshire Chambers’ Big Business Breakfast event series.
Three of the UK’s leading voices in media strategy, customer experience and personal branding will join businesses at the bet365 Stadium on Friday, 19 September to offer practical tips to help attract new customers and convert interest into repeat business.
Former BBC journalist and crisis communication specialist Mark Brealey will share his proven methods for steering organisations through high-pressure situations, drawing on experience from some of the UK’s most high-profile public inquiries.
Ian Kelsall, Customer Experience Director at insight6, will explain how feedback can act as an early warning system for reputation management, and why humanising your brand is the key to retaining customer trust.
Joining Ian and Mark will be personal branding expert Kirsty Hulse, who will share how authentic leadership builds stronger organisational cultures and reinforces the identity of the businesses they represent.
Chris Plant, Deputy CEO of Staffordshire Chambers, said: “Our Big Business Breakfast series always aims to provide practical insights for our local business community.
“With the next event, we’ll be equipping organisations with the knowledge to strengthen their brands and foster customer loyalty, which, in turn, should boost profits and engagement for local enterprises of all sizes and sectors.”
Tickets, which include a hot breakfast, are priced at £15 + VAT for members and £45 + VAT for non-members, and can be booked via the Staffordshire Chambers website.
