Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce has revealed the finalists for the Customer Service Excellence Award at the 2026 Business Awards.
Sponsored by NBE Brokers, the award recognises organisations that consistently deliver high-quality customer experiences and place customer satisfaction at the heart of their operations, with clear evidence of how service excellence has been embedded through staff training, customer engagement, innovation and the use of feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Now in its 11th year, the Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards is the largest business awards programme in the region. Winners will be crowned at a gala awards ceremony at Uttoxeter Racecourse on Thursday 9 July 2026.
The four finalists are:
Abbey House Dental – A multi-award-winning dental group spanning five Staffordshire practices and 130 employees, with more than 2,300 five-star Google reviews and independently verified satisfaction ratings of up to 98%. Best of British Beer – A craft beer and gifting business with more than 9,000 independent Feefo reviews and a consistent 4.9-star rating, supplying long-standing gifting partners including Moonpig, Funky Pigeon and Notonthehighstreet. Turnover increased by 50% in the last year. Find out more, here.
Uttoxeter Racecourse – Welcoming more than 100,000 visitors a year across racing, events, weddings and corporate hospitality, Uttoxeter Racecourse achieved an 84% repeat business rate in its non-racing sectors in 2024, backed by a planned £3 million facilities upgrade. Find out more, here.
