Staffordshire’s biggest business news service Daily Focus starts 2024 with a range of new content and a refreshed mailout design.

Operated by Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce and i-creation, Daily Focus is the county’s go-to business news service, with a daily audience of 15,000 subscribers and a readership of more than 50,000 through website and social media channels.

The revamped format will offer more in-depth content – including stock market updates, commercial property listings and live local weather updates. The move continues the momentum from 2023 that saw the publication go from strength to strength after its initial launch in January.

Chris Plant, Deputy CEO of Staffordshire Chambers, said: “This new format reflects the trust and value that Daily Focus has garnered within the Staffordshire business community.

“The collaboration between Staffordshire Chambers and i-creation has been instrumental in creating a publication that meets the needs of the local business landscape.

“There is a real and obvious appetite for local business news, and the editorial team at i-creation and the team at Staffordshire Chambers do a fantastic job of delivering it.”

As part of the new format, leading local charted surveyors, Mounsey, will be highlighting an exciting business premises each day from across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.

i-creation’s Head of Creative and Editor of Daily Focus Nigel Pye said: “Daily Focus will continue providing high-quality business news, covering the whole of Staffordshire, to tens of thousands of readers every day.

“Our team of experienced journalists, analysts, web and SEO specialists provides in-depth, exclusive and up-to-the-minute coverage of key business issues and emerging trends.

“We’re excited about the new format. It gives us even more opportunity to champion the success of the local business community and engage businesses and stakeholders in shaping a prosperous future. 2024 is set to be a very exciting year!”
