Businesses across Staffordshire can now access free mobile phone and IT cost audits, following the launch of a new member service from Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce.
The initiative is being delivered in partnership with Stafford-based company Complete Communications Staffordshire and is designed to help local businesses review their existing telecoms and IT costs. The aim is to identify potential savings and support more informed decision-making around mobile and digital services.
This is the first time a dedicated mobile review service has been included in the Chamber’s membership offer. The audit covers all major UK networks – including Vodafone, O2, EE/BT, and Three – and takes into account billing, device management, and Microsoft licensing where relevant.
The Chamber says the service is open to all members, regardless of size, and is designed to support both sole traders and growing SMEs.
Rachel Laver, Chief Executive of Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, said: “We’re pleased to be able to offer this additional support to members. Telecoms and IT are essential services for any modern business, and this audit gives organisations a chance to review what they’re paying for and whether it still meets their needs.”
Complete Communications Staffordshire is already working with a number of national and regional organisations and will provide tailored feedback to each business that takes part.
Jamie Kirbyshire, Sales Director at Complete Communications Staffordshire, said:
“Our role is to provide clear, impartial advice to help businesses get better value from their mobile and IT arrangements. We’re looking forward to engaging with members across the network.”
As part of the partnership, the company will also be attending Chamber events and working directly with members throughout the year.
The service is available now and can be accessed through the Member Zone on the Staffordshire Chambers website.
