Stoke-on-Trent-based Hobb Computer Services Ltd is celebrating 30 years in business.
Founded in 1996 by four colleagues and friends, the company began in a small home workshop providing hardware repairs and troubleshooting for local businesses.
As technology has evolved, the business has expanded beyond its original repair work.
What began as a break-fix repair service has grown into a full-service managed IT provider, working with hundreds of businesses across Staffordshire and beyond. Today, Hobb delivers IT support, cloud infrastructure, cyber security and telecommunications, supporting more than 3,000 users.
The company says its success has been driven by its people, with some engineers joining as teenagers and remaining with the business as it has grown. The team now brings almost 200 years of combined industry experience.
More recently, the company became a Strategic Partner of Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce, providing services and support to Chamber members via the Chamber member directory.
Looking ahead, Hobb says it will continue supporting digital workplaces, strengthening cyber security and helping organisations manage IT systems.
